Who would think that such a small project could include so many techniques!  Learn the heirloom sewing techniques of joining lace to lace, lace to fabric, lace/rickrack bridging, and mitered lace.  This little pillow is made from cotton batiste, cotton rickrack, and heirloom laces.  When the sachet cover is complete, make a little inner pillow of silk organza filled with potpourri to tuck inside.  Most students finish this project in class.

You will need a zigzag sewing machine for this class.  Skill level:  advanced beginner and above
